Dozens of Rare Antique & Classic Cars Make Appearance at World of Wheels
I think one of the things that scares us car enthusiasts the most is the fact that when we run into a very rare antique car, the reality is that we may never see it again. I think that’s why we all love these car shows so much because these events bring back the good old days to the present--a sense of making the past available.
The 31st Annual Advance Auto Parts World of Wheels held in Huntington, WV at the Big Sandy Arena was no different. There were dozens of great rare gems to marvel over the entire weekend of the show.
Year in and year out, the World of Wheels proves to be one of the best quality car shows of it’s kind. The Wheelers and the Davis’ (who run and manage the event with great success) seem to deliver some of the best quality rides around under one roof.
The World of Wheels is held on the first weekend of March and is considered by many to be the “kick-off” of the car show season--which is why the event attracts nearly 20,000 people from all over the nation.
The vehicles are hand-selected from car shows and cruises throughout the previous season from the tri-state area, including West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio.
If you want to kick-off the car show season with a bang, you need to come to the World of Wheels to see some of the best classic cars and street rods around! See ya’ next year!
