1. Question: Can I get the E-MAG before my printed copy comes in the mail?
Answer: NO, the E-MAG launches and becomes downloadable at approximately the same time your printed copy is expected to arrive in the mail. This is to keep everything fair for those who do not have internet access.
2. Question: Do I need a Hi-Speed connection to access the E-MAG?
Answer: NO, you do not need Hi-Speed Internet Access to download the E-MAG, however, it is highly recommended to decrease the amount of download time.
3. Do I need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the E-MAG?
Answer: YES, you do. Most computers today already have Acrobat Reader installed and ready to go, however, if you download your E-MAG and can not access it, you can download it from this page. Just click on the "GET ADOBE READER" image above. Oh, and it's FREE to download!
4. Can I save and print out the E-MAG?
Answer: YES, you can save and/or print out the E-MAG anytime after you download it. The file you are downloading is a PDF file, so anything you can do with a PDF, you will be able to do with our E-MAG.
5. What are some of the Advantages of having the E-MAG? Should I get both the printed copy AND the Electronic version?
Answer: You can view your E-MAG anytime from any country anywhere! You can print it out, save it, take it with you anywhere. With searchable features and magnifying glass features, reading your Round-Up's online is fun because you can easily switch to any page you want in just seconds. To get the TOTAL Round-Up Experience, it's nice to have the best of both worlds. View your online E-MAG on your computer, but take your printed magazine anywhere you want, you can't take a computer everywhere!
6. Does E-MAG cost more for customers outside of the U.S.?
Answer: NO. Absolutely not. The prices are the same world-wide.
7. Is the E-MAG the exact same thing as the Printed Round-Up's?
Answer: YES. The E-MAG will be in both black and white and in color, just as the Round-Ups are now.
8. How do I know when the next issue is ready to download?
Answer: EASY. Just download the 2007 E-MAG Schedule above and find out when your next issue is available for you to download. This is the GO-LIVE Schedule, which tells you when your E-MAG will be ready to download. The exact day the E-MAG is availabe is indicated In the column "UPLOAD E-MAG."
